Customer Service Representative
Offer Customer Service Support by answering to queries via means of telecommunication. This includes responding to customer emails and feedbacks.
Technical Support Manager
Manage technical service-related operations in relation to Liquid Gateway. This includes handling issues pertaining to payment processing. Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies.
Accountable for promoting Liquid Gateway’s services via means of telecommunication. This includes generating marketing ideas and be actively involved in creative meetings.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of department. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and carrying out administrative duties such as filing, and scanning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required!
